Terms of Service

1. The Software

agent-signup is open-source automation software governed by the MIT license. These terms apply to the hosted/production deployments operated by the deploying organization.

2. Use of Service

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all automated account creation complies with each target platform's Terms of Service.
• Maintaining the security of your vault, API keys, and infrastructure.
• Any actions taken by your AI agents using accounts provisioned through this software.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use agent-signup for:

• Fraud, phishing, spam, or deception.
• Creating accounts for impersonation or synthetic identity fraud.
• Automated abuse of free tier limits or trial periods beyond intended use.
• Any purpose that violates applicable law or platform terms.

4. Availability & Reliability

Automation outcomes depend on third-party login flows, anti-bot controls, and rate limits. Success is not guaranteed for any specific service. We maintain no SLA unless otherwise defined by a commercial agreement.

5. Liability

The software is provided "as is." The operator assumes all risk for automation outcomes, including but not limited to account suspension, IP blacklisting, or third-party legal action arising from automated access.

6. Pricing & Billing

If using a commercial deployment:

• Billing is based on successful execution runs, not MAU or seat count.
• Unused runs do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
